In our experience, the early stages of any project are the most critical. A clear understanding of our clients objectives right from the start, is essential for successful delivery of the project. Ongoing communication and appropriate escalation of potential issues are key components of aquajets methodology.
Detailed planning and oversight of each project ensures that all in the company understand their responsibilities and potential impact of their activities on the project. Our policy is to provide a dedicated Project Manager for all major projects. Communication with our projects team is probably the single most important factor to many of our clients.
